Job Overview

We are seeking 50 dedicated Filipino male candidates to join our team as Ground Customer Service Officers at Metro Stations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires excellent English communication skills and offers a dynamic work environment serving metro commuters.

Key Responsibilities

As a Ground Customer Service Officer, you will be the frontline representative assisting passengers at the metro stations. Your duties will include providing accurate information, ensuring passenger safety, addressing inquiries, and helping maintain a smooth and efficient metro station operation.

Requirements

• Filipino nationality, male candidates only
• Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills
• Valid Iqama at the time of interview
• Must currently be in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh)
• Note: Visa transfer is not offered for this position

Salary and Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary of SAR 4,000. The work schedule consists of five days per week, with eight-hour shifts each day. Please note that candidates are responsible for their own food, accommodation, and transportation expenses.
