Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our networks and servers to ensure smooth and secure operations. This role requires a proactive individual adept at managing IT infrastructure, implementing security measures, and supporting end-users.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Administrator will be tasked with monitoring network performance and server health while installing and configuring new hardware and software as needed to meet the company’s goals. Developing and enforcing strong security protocols to protect company data is crucial. The role also involves creating and managing user accounts with controlled access rights. Additionally, the candidate will perform system diagnostics and debugging to enhance performance, document IT procedures, and handle data backups and archiving efficiently. Implementing reliable data retrieval and recovery processes will be essential to safeguard against data loss. Designing end-user feedback and error reporting systems to continually improve the IT environment is also part of the role. The IT Administrator will supervise and mentor department staff, ensuring excellent IT support throughout the team.

Required Skills and Experience

The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as Microsoft or Oracle qualifications are highly desirable. Candidates should have a minimum of three years’ experience in an IT administration role, demonstrating a firm understanding of IT systems, networks, and current technologies. Thorough knowledge of IT administration best practices and cybersecurity standards is essential. Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills are required to handle complex issues and team coordination effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to collaborate with colleagues and provide user support. The ability to transfer Iqama after the probation period is mandatory.
