Job Overview

We are urgently seeking experienced Filipino Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professionals to join a major Saudi Aramco Master Gas Expansion Project (MGEP) in Saudi Arabia. There are multiple vacancies available for the roles of HSE Supervisor and HSE Officer, working across key project locations.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong background in oil & gas or construction safety management, holding valid Saudi Aramco approval. The project sites include Al Ahsa, Durma, and Saad near Riyadh.

• HSE Supervisor – 4 Vacancies
• HSE Officer – 10 Vacancies

Key Responsibilities

As an HSE Supervisor or Officer, you will be responsible for implementing safety policies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining a safe working environment throughout the construction and operational phases. You will support risk assessments, conduct safety inspections, and coordinate with project teams to promote best practices in workplace safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Filipino nationals only
• Mandatory valid Saudi Aramco approval
• Proven HSE experience particularly within the oil & gas or construction sectors
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements related to industrial projects
• Effective communication and team coordination skills

Work Locations

Positions are based in Saudi Arabia across the following sites: Al Ahsa, Durma, and Saad, all in close proximity to Riyadh.

Compensation

The salary package is competitive and negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
