Job Overview

Mark & Save is seeking a dedicated QHSE Executive to join our team in Qatar. This role is ideal for professionals with 1 to 2 years of experience in food safety management, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance within hypermarkets or catering settings. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental performance within our operations.

Key Responsibilities

As a QHSE Executive, your main duties will include:

• Monitoring and enforcing compliance with food safety regulations and organizational standards.
• Conducting regular audits and inspections across hypermarket or catering facilities.
• Implementing and maintaining effective Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental systems.
• Ensuring adherence to HACCP and PIC requirements to safeguard public health.
• Collaborating with internal teams to address and resolve any safety or quality concerns.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles.
• Familiarity with PIC guidelines and other relevant food safety standards.
• Experience in performing audits and managing compliance in food-related environments.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain thorough documentation.
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should have between 1 and 2 years of relevant work experience in food safety, quality assurance, or a related field. A background in hypermarket or catering compliance is strongly preferred to ensure familiarity with industry-specific regulations and practices.
