Job Overview

QatarEnergy is seeking a qualified Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer for a 6-month assignment based in Mesaieed, Qatar. This role focuses on maintaining the highest safety standards in the oil and gas sector and requires candidates with proven experience and QatarEnergy approval.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. This includes conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations to promote a safe working environment in line with QatarEnergy standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry is mandatory.
• QatarEnergy (QE) approval is required for this position.
• Valid Qatar Identification (QID) and eligibility to work as a freelancer in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and best practices in oil and gas projects.
• Ability to join immediately is highly preferred.
