Job Overview

We are urgently seeking three qualified HSE Trainers for a long-term rental assignment located in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a proven background in Health, Safety, and Environment training, especially those approved by SABIC or ARAMCO. The role requires delivering effective safety training sessions to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive HSE training programs tailored to client specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and update training materials in alignment with the latest safety guidelines and company policies.
• Monitor and evaluate trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate training records and reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to workplace health and safety.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as an HSE Trainer with certifications recognized by SABIC or ARAMCO.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices within the industrial sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and educate diverse trainees.
• Ability to deliver clear, concise training sessions both individually and in groups.
• Flexibility to work on an hourly rental basis with commitment to a long-term engagement.

Work Location and Duration

This position is based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, and is offered on a long-term rental contract. Candidates should be prepared to commit to the duration of the assignment and adapt to site-specific requirements.
