Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Works Supervisor cum Surveyor to join our team on industrial and mining project sites located in Jeddah and Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will oversee daily civil construction activities while performing precise survey and leveling tasks to ensure project accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will supervise excavation, foundation work, concrete operations, and structural installations, ensuring all activities align with project plans. Using Total Station and Auto Level equipment, you will conduct surveying, leveling, and layout setting while verifying alignment, coordinates, and elevations against approved drawings. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate survey records, site measurements, and progress reports. Collaboration with engineering teams, subcontractors, and other disciplines to maintain quality and safety standards onsite will be crucial. Additionally, you will support the preparation of as-built drawings and comprehensive site documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates must hold a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying. A minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience is essential, particularly on industrial, infrastructure, or mining projects. Proficiency in handling Total Station, GPS devices, Auto Level, and executing construction layout works is required. Strong competency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and site plans is expected. Moreover, applicants should have a solid understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices relevant to industrial settings.
