Key Responsibilities

The selected HSE Officers will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety by enforcing health and safety protocols and conducting regular site inspections. Duties will include performing risk assessments, managing Permit to Work (PTW) systems, leading Toolbox Talks, and overseeing incident reporting to maintain compliance with industry standards. Strong communication skills will be essential for collaborating with teams and ensuring safety awareness across all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• NEBOSH IGC Parts 1, 2, and 3 certification is mandatory
• Proven experience working as an HSE Officer, ideally within the oil and gas industry
• A solid understanding of HSE procedures and site safety management
• Experience in conducting risk assessments, permits to work, and safety inspections
• Competency in incident reporting and handling HSE documentation effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• QatarEnergy approval is considered a strong advantage
