A leading holding company is seeking an experienced Planning and Cost Control Manager to oversee a significant project with Saudi Aramco in Uthmaniah. This role focuses on managing project scheduling and cost control specifically for roads and infrastructure developments within a large-scale Aramco-approved framework.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating project timelines, monitoring costs, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. The role requires strong oversight of budget management and schedule adherence to meet the project’s milestones and financial targets.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in planning and cost control for mega projects.
• Certified or approved status by Aramco is mandatory.
• Proven expertise in managing roads and infrastructure projects.
