We are seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman / Supervisor to join our dynamic project team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires immediate availability or joining on short notice. The successful candidate will oversee and lead various electrical installation activities on-site, ensuring smooth project execution and high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

The Electrical Foreman / Supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily electrical tasks, managing a team of electricians, technicians, and helpers to ensure efficient workflow. Core duties include overseeing the installation of power systems, lighting, distribution boards (DBs), cable trays, conduits, and electrical containment work. The role also involves reading and interpreting electrical and shop drawings to guarantee adherence to project specifications and safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in supervising electrical installation projects, preferably in construction or civil works.
• Strong ability to lead and coordinate a diverse team on-site.
• Expertise in reading and interpreting electrical plans and shop drawings.
• Hands-on experience with electrical power systems, lighting installations, cable trays, conduits, and related containment work.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
