Asset Manager – Hospitality Sector Required

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Asset Manager with a strong background in the hotel industry to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the Fixed Assets Register across hotel operations
• Oversee periodic inventory audits and reconciliation
• Supervise asset receiving, tagging, and documentation processes
• Control handover/takeover procedures between departments
• Monitor asset movement, disposal, and replacement approvals
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and Engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Asset Management within the hospitality sector
• Strong experience in hotel inventory control and audit procedures
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems and reporting tools
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia
