Technical Skills: Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
Competencies: Strong leadership, decision-making, crisis management, and communication skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Safety incident rate (Zero harm goal).
Schedule compliance (On-time completion).
Budget adherence (No cost overruns).
Quality of maintenance work (Zero rework)
