𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲
The HSE Engineer/Lead supports the Company to implement the HSE management system. The role assists in planning, implementation, evaluation and analyzing HSE activities at site to ensure HSE target and objectives are measured and achieved

🔹 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with HSE standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on HSE policies, procedures, and practices.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions with experience in O&G.
• Prepare/Approve JSA and HIP.
• Designing and implementing all activities pertaining to HSE.
• Recommending top management the resources budgets (assets including people) for the department.
• Approving all documents and records pertaining to HSE in Oil & Gas industry.
• Advise supervisory staff on accident prevention and safe work practices.
• Lead and supervise onsite HSE officers.
• Identify hazards and unsafe conditions daily; raise observation reports and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Address and report violations with appropriate recommendations.
• Develop data-driven dashboards to track leading and lagging safety indicators and ensure action close-out.
• Ensure timely reporting of HSE performance and achievement of project HSE goals.
• Support HSE initiatives, safety awareness programs, and incident reporting in line with IMS policies

🔹 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or a Equivalent field.
• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations (Clients like, SABIC, SATROP, MADEEN, SEC, & ARAMCO)
• Proven experience 5 to 8 years in Oil and Gas, PertoChemical and Energy sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and mange/create HSE team.
• Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage
• Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH or similar is a plus. (mandatory)
• Candidate with Transferable iqama is prefered

🔹 Salary SAR 3000 to 4000 (Shall be discussed based on Experience)
