Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled QA/QC Cost Estimator to join our team specializing in renovation, fit-out, and maintenance works. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates aligned with client requirements and market standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough site surveys to understand client needs clearly. Strong communication with clients to gather and clarify project requirements will be essential. The role demands in-depth knowledge of market pricing for Civil and MEP works and the ability to prepare precise, competitive quotations based on the client’s request for proposal (RFP). Expertise in AutoCAD is also required to assist with project assessments and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in cost estimation within renovation and construction projects.
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Solid understanding of Civil and MEP market pricing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software for site surveying and documentation.
• Ability to prepare quotations following client specifications and RFP guidelines.

Additional Information

This position offers a salary package of 3000 SAR. We are particularly interested in candidates from the Philippines who meet the above qualifications.
