Procurement Officer (Indian) Required

Job description:

We are currently looking for a Procurement Officer specialized in MEP works with solid experience in the construction industry to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure MEP materials and equipment for construction projects
Request and evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate prices
Prepare and manage purchase orders and procurement documentation
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams
Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites
Maintain and evaluate supplier relationships and performance
Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience in the construction industry, preferably in MEP projects
Strong knowledge of MEP materials, equipment, and suppliers
Experience in supplier sourcing, price negotiations, and contract management
Good understanding of procurement processes, purchase orders, and material submittals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/Procurement systems
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement activities
