This role is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and requires immediate availability without any notice period constraints.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating precise technical and architectural drawings tailored to a variety of residential and commercial projects. Working closely with the design team, you will update and revise drawings reflecting any design changes or feedback. Your role will also involve integrating architectural elements with civil, mechanical, and electrical details to ensure cohesive and comprehensive project documentation. Maintaining an organized and accessible library of project drawings and documents is essential to support efficient workflow and retrieval.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of drafting experience, with a preference for expertise in residential construction projects.
• Proficient use of design and drafting software including Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Fluent English communication skills to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
• Transferable Iqama status, enabling immediate employment.
