Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience within the construction industry and a solid understanding of safety protocols and regulations applicable to construction sites.

This is a contract-based position initially lasting for 3 months with a possibility of extension depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

As an HSE Officer, you will oversee the implementation of safety programs and procedures to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel on-site. Your duties will include conducting regular site inspections, identifying potential hazards, ensuring compliance with local and international safety standards, and providing safety training and guidance to site workers and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HSE roles within construction settings
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and accident investigations
• Proficient in preparing safety reports and maintaining documentation
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with project teams and contractors
