Job Overview

We are currently seeking professional Arabic-speaking hostesses to support a one-day event at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Dubai. This role involves data entry and organizational assistance during the event, requiring excellent communication skills and punctuality. Candidates must speak both Arabic and English fluently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry tasks and provide organizational support throughout the event
• Maintain a professional presence and adhere strictly to the event schedule
• Engage politely with attendees and event staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Presentable appearance with excellent communication skills
• Strict adherence to the working hours and punctuality
• No hijab worn during the event
• Own transportation and meals, as these will not be provided
• Professional dress code compliance: black jacket and trousers, white shirt/top, and black closed shoes

Event Details

• Date: September 29 (one-day assignment)
• Location: Grand Hyatt Hotel, Dubai
• Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM (6.5 hours) with possible extension

Compensation

Earn AED 50 per hour, totaling AED 325 for the event. Payment will be made immediately upon completion via instant bank transfer.
