Job Overview

We are actively seeking a qualified Food Safety Officer with expertise in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) to join our team in Qatar. This role is critical in ensuring that all food safety standards and regulations are consistently met within a fast-paced catering environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective food safety protocols in alignment with local and international standards. Key duties include conducting regular audits, monitoring compliance with HACCP guidelines, and ensuring the catering operations adhere to strict quality and health regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience working in catering companies, with at least 3 years within the GCC region
• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Food Technology, or a related field
• Proficient knowledge of HACCP principles and implementation
• Possession of Level 3 Food Safety Certification
• Strong familiarity with QHSE standards and practices

Compensation and Location

The role offers a competitive monthly salary of QAR 4,500 along with free transportation allowance. The job location is based in Qatar with an immediate start date.
