An established retail group based in Dubai is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join their team. This role is perfect for motivated finance professionals with experience in UAE finance and accounting processes. The position offers a competitive all-inclusive salary of AED 6,500 and is open to candidates holding Spouse, Freelance, or Golden Visas.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Primary duties include handling vendor invoices, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and processing expenses. You will coordinate purchase orders, goods receipt notes, and invoice matching to streamline procurement and payment cycles. Supporting payment processing, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing tasks are crucial components of this job. Additionally, maintaining accurate vendor and customer records within the ERP system and assisting with management information system (MIS) reports and VAT documentation for the UAE will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments is essential to maintain strict adherence to company finance policies and internal controls.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants should be young, dynamic finance professionals with a CA Intermediate qualification and a bachelor’s degree in finance or commerce. Candidates must possess 2 to 4 years of relevant UAE finance or accounting experience. A strong grasp of accounting principles and practical knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is essential, along with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP platforms will be considered an advantage. Experience within the FMCG or retail sector is also highly desirable.
