We are looking for a seasoned Senior Architect to join our construction team in Riyadh, with a specialized focus on hotel developments. This role offers the opportunity to lead architectural design initiatives within luxury hospitality projects, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance throughout all phases.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Architect will oversee comprehensive architectural design processes including the creation, review, and approval of detailed drawings and material submissions. Collaboration is essential, as the role involves coordinating closely with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams to deliver seamless project outcomes. Additionally, the position requires conducting site inspections to supervise architectural work and manage project timelines to meet strict deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture and have at least eight years of professional experience, primarily in hotel or commercial building projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design coordination tools is required. Strong leadership qualities and effective project management skills are essential to guide and inspire the team. Experience with high-end finishes and the specific demands of hospitality design standards will be considered advantageous.
