Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Safety Manager to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management, especially within the construction sector. This role requires a professional who can ensure safety compliance on major projects and contribute to maintaining safe working environments.

Key Responsibilities

The Safety Manager will oversee and implement safety protocols on construction sites, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and project standards. The role includes coordinating with project teams, conducting safety inspections, managing risk assessments, and fostering a culture of safety among all workers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in Safety/HSE roles
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Demonstrated approval for previous involvement in Aldar projects
• Current SARS approval is mandatory
• Hands-on experience within the UAE construction industry
• NEBOSH certification or an equivalent professional qualification
