We are actively seeking a skilled Recruiter for an immediate opening in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This position requires candidates currently holding a valid local Iqama eligible for transfer. The successful applicant will play a key role in managing talent acquisition and recruitment processes for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates matching job requirements.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants based on role-specific criteria.
• Collaborate with HR and department managers to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and assist with onboarding procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in similar industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet urgent hiring demands.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
• Filipino nationality preferred.
