Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Supervisor to oversee civil construction activities for a power plant project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on Power Plant or Industrial projects, specifically those adhering to SEC standards. This role demands strong leadership, site management expertise, and a solid understanding of civil engineering principles to ensure project success from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising all civil works on site. This includes foundations, concrete works, steel structures, and finishing details, ensuring every aspect complies with SEC project specifications and approved drawings. Daily coordination of site activities and manpower deployment is essential to keep the project aligned with the planned schedule. The supervisor will work closely with QA/QC, HSE, and project engineering teams to monitor quality standards, safety regulations, and project progress. Additionally, accurate preparation of daily progress reports and site documentation is required to maintain thorough records throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in Power Plant or Industrial projects.
• Strong familiarity with SEC and EPC project standards and specifications.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and method statements accurately.
• Proven leadership abilities and effective site coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working directly on SEC or Power Plant projects is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of GEMSS standards will be an advantage.
• A strong background in safety compliance, ensuring adherence to HSE requirements on site.
