This role focuses on manpower supply services, where the successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base and driving new business opportunities. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to work remotely or from the office while earning commissions based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties of the Sales Executive include generating new client leads, establishing strong relationships with potential customers, and closing deals effectively. You will be expected to leverage your network and expertise in manpower sourcing to create valuable business connections. Timely communication and follow-up with clients to ensure smooth transactions are also essential parts of the role.

• Proven experience in manpower sourcing and client acquisition
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Established network within the manpower supply industry
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Own vehicle or shared transport for business purposes
• Comfortable working on a commission basis

Compensation and Work Mode

This freelance opportunity offers a competitive commission structure with 25% of the total net profit (after expenses) paid for each successful deal. Commission payments are made upon receiving payment from clients. Additionally, certain work-related expenses will be reimbursed. You have the option to operate remotely or from the office based on your preference.
