Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Supervisor to oversee civil construction activities for power plant projects following SEC standards. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves ensuring that all civil works are executed to meet strict quality, safety, and scheduling requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising all civil construction tasks, including foundations, concrete pours, steel structures, and finishing works. The role requires coordination of daily site operations and manpower allocation to maintain smooth progress. Additionally, the supervisor will ensure full compliance with SEC specifications and project drawings, working closely with QA/QC, HSE, and engineering teams. Preparing daily progress reports and maintaining accurate site documentation are essential to this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience specifically in power plant or industrial project environments.
• Strong familiarity with SEC and EPC project standards and requirements.
• The ability to interpret construction drawings, method statements, and ensure they are adhered to on-site.
• Excellent leadership abilities paired with effective site coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Previous work experience on SEC power plant projects is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of GEMSS standards will be a plus.
• A strong commitment to safety standards to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
