Key Responsibilities

Each role involves providing outstanding guest service and supporting the hotel’s smooth operation. Responsibilities will vary by position but generally include managing bookings, ensuring guest satisfaction, supervising housekeeping teams, maintaining cleanliness standards, and assisting guest arrivals and departures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel reservations or housekeeping is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service
• Positive attitude and ability to lead or work effectively as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills relevant to the position
