Overview
Senior IT Support Engineer responsible for managing daily IT operations, leading the IT team, ensuring system availability and security, and supporting business operations through reliable and scalable technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user support
• Lead, train, and evaluate IT team members
• Plan and implement enterprise IT solutions and business applications
• Ensure data security, backups, and network access controls
• Monitor system performance, conduct audits, and manage risks
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align IT solutions with organizational needs
• Coordinate installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV equipment
Requirements
• 3–4 years of IT experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proven experience in IT operations and technology implementations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
