We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer for a major Industrial Construction Project in Ras Tanura. The ideal candidate will have strong project controls experience in large-scale industrial or EPC construction environments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Minimum 8 years’ experience in planning/project controls
At least 5 years’ experience in Middle East (KSA preferred)
PMP certification from Project Management Institute or equivalent (mandatory)
Proven experience in industrial construction / capital projects
Advanced expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 (mandatory)
Strong background in cost control, forecasting & Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage baseline project schedule
Monitor progress and perform critical path analysis
Lead cost control, forecasting & trend analysis
Conduct Cost & Schedule Risk Analysis
Review and approve contractor schedules
Manage change control & contract variation orders
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
Coordinate with finance on cash flow forecasting
Support benchmarking & project closeout reporting
Experience in heavy industrial facilities, processing plants, refineries, or similar large-scale construction projects is preferred.
