Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Land Surveyor to join a reputable contracting company based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in the construction sector, particularly with large-scale building and infrastructure projects. This role involves leading survey teams and utilizing advanced surveying equipment and software to ensure precise project execution.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Land Surveyor will be responsible for managing all surveying activities on various construction projects. This includes conducting setting-out, leveling, topographic, and as-built surveys. You will also lead and supervise the surveying team to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency across all site operations.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Proficiency with total stations, GPS systems, AutoCAD, and specialized surveying software.
• Strong knowledge of surveying techniques such as setting-out, leveling, topographic mapping, and as-built surveying.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate a surveying team effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Between 15 and 20 years of relevant experience within the construction industry.
• Proven track record in handling large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
• Must be based in Dammam or Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
