Available Positions

We currently have openings in multiple departments, each playing a crucial role in maintaining the high standards and excellent guest experience at ESCO-BAR.

• Floor Team: Floor Supervisors, Waiters/Waitresses, Runners, Hostesses
• Bar Team: Bartenders, Barmaids, Barbacks
• Kitchen Team: Chef de Partie (CDP), Commis Chefs

Key Responsibilities

Roles will vary depending on the position, but all team members are expected to uphold professionalism, provide outstanding customer service, and contribute positively to the team dynamic. For instance, Floor Supervisors oversee daily operations and support staff, while bartenders craft quality beverages and engage with guests.

Required Skills and Experience

We welcome candidates who bring proven experience in their respective roles within the hospitality sector. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. Previous experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant setting will be a significant advantage.
