Job Overview

We are seeking a confident and professional Arabic-speaking Telecaller / Appointment Setter to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. This role involves reaching out to potential business clients and schools across Saudi Arabia, introducing our AI Automation and consulting services, and scheduling qualified appointments for our consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective businesses and educational institutions in Saudi Arabia
• Deliver a concise introduction to our AI Automation & Consulting solutions
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers within organizations
• Generate interest and confirm appointments for our consulting team
• Perform timely follow-ups with prospects as needed to nurture leads
• Maintain accurate daily records of calls, responses, and scheduled appointments

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent Arabic language skills with strong communication abilities
• Conversational English is preferred to support diverse communication
• A pleasant and confident phone manner that engages potential clients
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or appointment setting is advantageous
• Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market will be considered an asset
• Access to a personal mobile phone, reliable internet connection, and a quiet workspace at home

Work Environment and Schedule

This position is fully remote and part-time, allowing flexibility within typical Saudi business hours. Compensation and Benefits

The selected candidate will receive a fixed part-time salary supplemented by incentives based on the number of qualified meetings confirmed, providing both stability and performance-based rewards.
