We are looking for a dedicated Safety Officer to join our team in Dubai to help maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential risks, enforcing safety policies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations across all operational sites.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves regular site inspections to detect hazards and verify adherence to safety standards. You will lead thorough investigations into any incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective measures to prevent future occurrences. Providing safety training sessions and conducting daily toolbox talks will be essential to fostering a culture of zero harm among employees. Additionally, managing permit-to-work systems and authorizing high-risk activities will ensure tasks are safely executed. You will also maintain emergency response plans and organize regular drills to keep the team prepared for critical situations. Detailed safety reports and performance metrics will be compiled and presented to senior management and relevant regulatory bodies.
