Job Overview
Zam Zam International is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the construction, shop fit-out, and turnkey project industry. The ideal candidate should have strong client connections, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities in construction, fit-out, and turnkey projects
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and business owners
• Identify potential projects (shops, restaurants, clinics, offices, etc.)
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain solid client database and market intelligence

Requirements
• Male or Female (Any Nationality)
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in construction / fit-out industry
• Experience in shop fit-out and turnkey projects is mandatory
• Strong client network in Jeddah is highly preferred
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Client-oriented mindset
• Valid driving license (preferred)
