We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join a dynamic real estate and corporate finance team based in Dubai. This on-site role requires a professional with 4 to 5 years of experience specializing in budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive financial reporting within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take charge of financial planning and management activities including:

• Developing budgets, forecasts, and producing detailed financial reports to support business decisions
• Managing cash flow, liquidity, and treasury functions to optimize financial health
• Ensuring strict financial controls, compliance adherence, and efficient accounting operations
• Overseeing banking relationships and ERP system management for accurate financial processing

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants should have proven expertise in financial reporting and advanced Excel capabilities. Experience within the real estate sector and international tax frameworks specific to the UAE or Dubai is highly preferred. Proficiency in English communication is essential for effective interaction with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CMA will be considered an advantage, enhancing the candidate’s ability to contribute effectively to corporate finance and taxation matters.
