Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled HSE Supervisor to join our team in Khobar or Riyadh. This role requires a professional with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management to ensure compliance and maintain a safe working environment. Candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia and hold a transferable Iqama visa.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on site
• Ensure full compliance with local and international HSE standards
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
• Prepare reports on safety performance and incidents
• Provide training and guidance to staff on HSE practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Health & Safety or related field
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) qualification
• Certification in IOSH or OSHA
• Extensive knowledge of HSE standards and site supervision
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Additional Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in an HSE supervisory role
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama visa
• Available to join immediately

Compensation

The salary package will be discussed during the interview process and will be aligned with the candidate’s level of experience.
