Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Civil or Architectural Engineer with a proven track record in hotel development projects to join our team in a senior leadership role. This position demands an expert who can efficiently manage hospitality construction projects, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead hotel development initiatives from initial concept through to final completion. Collaboration is crucial, as you will coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and various stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. You will provide strategic oversight and technical guidance at every phase of the project lifecycle. Responsibilities also include monitoring progress, managing budgets, ensuring quality control, and verifying compliance with all relevant standards.

Additionally, you will review and approve design drawings, bills of quantities (BOQs), and other technical documentation. Ensuring all work aligns with the specific requirements of hospitality brands and operational standards will be a key focus to maintain consistency and excellence throughout the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is essential.
• Extensive experience in hotel construction or development projects is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior engineering or project leadership roles.
• Strong leadership capabilities combined with sound decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills to manage and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
