THE TEAM BUILDERS is seeking polished and experienced hospitality professionals to join a prestigious restaurant located in Dubai. We are currently hiring for positions including Waiters, Bartenders, and Head Waiters to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-end dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for providing outstanding service to guests, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere, and supporting daily restaurant operations. This includes attentive order taking, delivering beverages and meals promptly, managing bar operations for bartenders, and overseeing the service team for head waiters.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven track record working in upscale, fine-dining restaurants or luxury hotels
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests clearly and professionally
• Fluent English and excellent presentation skills
• Confidence and a service-minded attitude that ensures guest satisfaction
• Previous experience in UAE or GCC hospitality venues is preferred
