Job Overview

High Links Group is seeking an experienced Civil Draftsman with a focus on infrastructure and road projects to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who hold a diploma in Civil Engineering, an Associate Degree in Drafting or Civil Technology, or an ITI certification in Civil Drafting. The position requires 3 to 7 years of practical experience in preparing detailed drawings related to roadworks and infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings, including road alignments, cross-sections, profiles, grading plans, and utility layouts. Duties include developing as-built drawings reflecting site modifications, coordinating closely with civil engineers and surveyors, and ensuring that all designs meet the applicable local authority regulations and standards. Additional tasks involve preparing quantity take-offs as needed, maintaining thorough documentation and registers, and reviewing drawings for completeness and precision prior to submission.

Required Skills and Experience

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent Associate Degree in Drafting / Civil Technology, or ITI Draftsman qualification
• 3 to 7 years of proven experience working on infrastructure or road-related construction projects
• Proficiency in preparing and revising advanced 2D and 3D structural drawings
• Strong knowledge of local construction standards and regulatory requirements
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams including engineers and surveyors
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in all documentation and deliverables

Job Requirements
