Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to join a leading international project-driven organisation headquartered in Dubai. This senior executive role offers a unique opportunity to lead the financial strategy and governance of a complex, multinational enterprise with operations spanning the Middle East, United Kingdom, and Asia.

As a crucial member of the leadership team, the CFO will partner directly with the CEO and other senior executives, guiding the company through its next stage of growth, transformation, and value creation on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take ownership of wide-ranging financial functions, including:

• Developing and implementing a global financial strategy aligned with business objectives
• Overseeing multi-country financial consolidation, reporting, and ensuring adherence to IFRS standards
• Managing treasury, liquidity, cash flow, foreign exchange, and capital structure
• Leading commercial finance activities such as pricing strategies and evaluation of large-scale projects
• Optimising working capital and operational financial performance
• Providing board-level financial reporting and strategic decision support
• Driving mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, joint ventures, and integration efforts
• Ensuring robust risk management, financial controls, and regulatory compliance
• Steering finance transformation initiatives, including automation, AI-based forecasting, and business intelligence enhancements
• Leading and developing a diverse, international finance team

Required Skills and Experience

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in senior finance leadership roles within diversified multinational organisations. Experience managing complex operations, sizable projects, and multiple legal entities is highly desirable. Key qualifications and skills include:

• Strong strategic finance leadership with commercial acumen
• Expertise in treasury management, cash flow optimisation, and governance
• Hands-on experience with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and post-transaction integrations
• Ability to navigate international regulatory environments and maintain compliance
• Proficiency in financial transformation leveraging technology and data analytics
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills at the executive and board level
• A professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA is required
