Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Steel Structure Inspector with a civil background to join our team for prestigious Saudi Aramco projects based in Riyadh. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with solid experience in structural steel and civil inspections to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of structural steel inspection including fabrication, erection, alignment, bolting, and welding. You will review technical drawings, specifications, inspection plans, and enforce compliance with Saudi Aramco standards. The role also involves verifying material identification, dimensions, and installation accuracy. Additionally, you will inspect foundations, anchor bolts, grouting, and other civil construction elements. Accurate preparation of inspection reports and managing the resolution of quality observations and punch list items will be a crucial part of your duties.

Required Skills and Experience

• Engineering degree or relevant technical diploma in a related field.
• At least 7 years of hands-on inspection experience within oil and gas construction projects.
• Strong expertise in inspecting structural steel components.
• Experience in civil inspection is a valuable advantage.
• Valid Saudi Aramco approval with current CBT certification is mandatory.
• Thorough understanding of Saudi Aramco standards and stringent project quality requirements.
