Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant with solid expertise in real estate finance to join a leading organization in Dubai, UAE. This full-time position is ideal for professionals with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and a background in the real estate sector. Candidates qualified as Chartered Accountants (CAs) and willing to relocate to Dubai are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

The selected consultant will be responsible for managing the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Tax. They will also ensure adherence to UAE VAT regulations and local financial reporting standards. Working closely with large real estate groups, property developers, or investment organizations, the consultant will play a vital role in streamlining finance processes and optimizing Oracle integrations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Mandatory Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Tax.
• Proven experience with real estate finance operations and reporting.
• Familiarity with UAE VAT laws and compliance requirements.
• Prior involvement in large-scale real estate projects or investments.
• Experience working within UAE or broader GCC markets is highly preferred.
• Capability to manage Oracle financial integrations effectively.

Work Environment and Benefits

This role is based onsite in Dubai, offering the opportunity to work with major real estate players in the region. Immediate or short-notice availability will be advantageous. The position supports relocation for qualified international candidates.
