Job Overview

We are currently seeking a confident and friendly female Receptionist / Front Desk Representative to join our retail showroom team located in Warsan, Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with prior customer service experience who can communicate effectively in both English and Arabic while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for visitors.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors. Your duties will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Managing incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and responding to customer inquiries promptly.
• Handling customer registration and conducting basic follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supporting the showroom sales team by coordinating with customers as needed.
• Assisting with social media inquiries and providing basic marketing support to enhance customer engagement.
• Maintaining the front desk area, keeping accurate customer records, and preparing daily reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a similar front desk or receptionist role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.

Benefits and Compensation

This role offers a competitive fixed monthly salary ranging from AED 2800 to AED 3200, along with a monthly allowance of up to AED 500 based on key performance indicators. Sales commissions may also be provided when applicable. Additional benefits include shared accommodation, transportation, health insurance, and a work visa issued after the completion of a one-month probationary period. Employees are entitled to annual leave and air tickets in accordance with company policies.
