Job description
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Architectural Engineer (Saudi National ) to join our growing team. As part of DACO’s commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure and development projects across the Kingdom, the selected candidate will play a key role in managing and supervising architectural works in line with international standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Review and coordinate architectural drawings in alignment with civil, structural, and MEP works.
Supervise on-site architectural activities to ensure compliance with approved designs and project standards.
Review material submittals, shop drawings, and finishing samples.
Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety requirements, and the Saudi Building Code (SBC).
Monitor construction progress and prepare technical and progress reports.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control of finishing works.
Support project teams in resolving design and execution challenges.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture.
Saudi National (Mandatory).
Active membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction and site supervision.
Strong knowledge of SBC and construction standards in Saudi Arabia.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage).
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work across various project locations within the Kingdom.
