We are looking for a skilled Travel and Ticketing Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing complex flight reservations and ticketing operations while delivering excellent customer service. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency in global airline reservation systems.

Key Responsibilities

As a Travel and Ticketing Executive, your duties will include:

• Handling domestic and international flight bookings through Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Issuing, reissuing, rerouting, and cancelling tickets efficiently and accurately.
• Providing clear and courteous assistance to clients regarding their travel itineraries, fare rules, and policies.
• Managing last-minute changes, delays, and customer inquiries professionally to ensure a smooth travel experience.
• Collaborating with internal teams to support seamless operational workflows.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience working in travel agencies or ticketing environments.
• Strong expertise with airline reservation systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Demonstrated ability to handle ticketing procedures including reissuance, refunds, and complex itinerary planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that enhance customer satisfaction.
• The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team setting.
