Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled HR and Back Office Specialist to join our team in Cairo, supporting administrative functions for our Saudi Arabia construction projects. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with Saudi governmental requirements from a back office setting.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage and oversee Saudi governmental platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher Business, GOSI, and the Saudi Business Center. Handling employment contracts, visas, and work permits will be essential, alongside coordinating payroll processes in collaboration with the accounting department, following Wages Protection System (WPS) guidelines. You will also manage employee leaves, flight arrangements, and monitor passport and residency status for expatriate staff. Providing reliable back office support by liaising between management, administration, and project teams will be a core part of your duties. Maintaining accurate employee records, attendance, and documentation using Microsoft Office tools is expected.
Requirements
Applicants should have hands-on experience working with administrative and financial affairs within the contracting or construction sector. Expertise with Saudi HR laws and proficiency in navigating the relevant government platforms is required. Candidates must be available to start immediately and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.
