Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations and Equipment Coordinator to oversee crane rental and heavy equipment operations throughout Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing the deployment of equipment and operators to various construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient transportation, delivery, mobilization, and operational support on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

The coordinator will be responsible for organizing and managing the movement and allocation of cranes and heavy machinery between company depots and project sites. This includes coordinating crane operators and operational manpower, managing schedules, tracking attendance, and fulfilling specific site requirements.

Additionally, this position requires close communication with customers, project teams, transport providers, and internal departments to guarantee the timely and efficient deployment of both equipment and operators. Accurate monitoring of equipment usage, location, rental schedules, and maintenance coordination is essential to support operational efficiency.

The role also involves arranging suitable transportation for heavy equipment, maintaining detailed records of equipment movements and operator assignments, addressing any operational delays, and ensuring adherence to company policies, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia. Preparing routine reports and providing updates to management are critical components of the position.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in operations coordination, preferably within heavy equipment or crane rental sectors, construction equipment supply, or similar fields. Proven expertise in equipment mobilization, logistics, and coordinating operator deployments is highly valued.

Strong organizational and communication abilities are necessary for effectively liaising with diverse stakeholders including clients, operators, transporters, and internal teams. The ability to handle multiple equipment movements and project demands simultaneously, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—particularly Excel—is required.

Experience working in Saudi Arabia and holding a valid Saudi driving license is considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Ideal applicants will have hands-on experience with crane rental companies, heavy equipment rental firms, or equipment logistics services within the construction sector. Familiarity with Saudi market conditions and regulatory standards will strengthen candidacy.
