Green Life Company is looking for ambitious Sales Consultants to sell high-demand AI Automation & Subscription Software to businesses in Bahrain (Clinics, Real Estate, Salons, Gyms, Rent-a-Car).

We do not hire based on CVs; we hire based on Results. We have designed a unique career path that allows you to earn a full-time income from Day 1.

The Opportunity: A Two-Phase Career Path

Phase 1: The “High-Cash” Trial (Prove Your Skills)

Status: Independent Consultant (Commission-Only Trial).
The Pay: You earn a massive 50% Commission on the first month’s revenue for every client you close.
The Math: Close 10 clients → → You take home 500 BD Cash immediately.
The Goal: Secure 20 Active Clients to unlock your permanent contract.

Phase 2: The Permanent Contract (The Reward)

Once you hit your target, you are hired permanently. You don’t just start at a base salary; you start with a “raise” from your hard work in Phase 1.
Base Salary: 300 BD (Fixed & Guaranteed).
Carryover Commission: ~100 BD (Recurring income from your Phase 1 clients).
Total Starting Income: ~400 BD / Month + Visa + GOSI + Indemnity.

Growth: Every new client adds to your monthly recurring income. Top performers earn 800+ BD.

You will be selling essential AI Solutions
Why it sells: It is a necessity, not a luxury. It solves an immediate pain point for business owners.
The Market: Huge. Every service business is a prospect.

Requirements
MUST be a current resident of Bahrain. (We do not recruit from outside).
Experience: Proven B2B Sales experience. (Retail/Showroom salesmen need not apply).
Mindset: You must be a “Hunter” who can generate leads, book meetings, and close deals without spoon-feeding.
Transport: Must have a valid driving license and car.
