Three Palm Trees Trading Group Co. Ltd. is actively seeking qualified Fire and Safety Technicians to join their team for an urgent project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires hands-on expertise in maintaining and servicing fire alarm and firefighting systems to ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and maintaining various fire protection systems. Duties include performing both preventive and corrective maintenance on fire alarms, detection systems, fire pumps, sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, and extinguishers. The role also involves identifying system faults, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all fire safety equipment meets project health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. Accurate record-keeping of all inspections and maintenance activities is essential.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in maintaining fire alarm and firefighting systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm systems, fire detection, fire pumps, sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, fire extinguishers, and emergency response equipment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and carrying out both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards and Saudi Civil Defense regulations is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Possession of a transferable Iqama is mandatory.
- Immediate availability for joining is required.
