Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to oversee daily operations involving lead workers, drivers, helpers, and vehicles in Qatar. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth coordination across teams within a logistics, transportation, or fleet management setting.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the workforce and coordinating the movement and maintenance of vehicles. This includes providing leadership to site crews, drivers, and helpers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining operational efficiency throughout daily activities.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of proven supervisory experience in relevant fields
• Strong background managing drivers, helpers, and site/work crews
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet operations is essential
• Familiarity with industrial environments, especially oil and gas or petrochemical sectors, is highly preferred
• Knowledge of hazardous materials transportation adds significant value
• Sound understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and transportation safety regulations
• Effective leadership and coordination abilities, coupled with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient English communication and reporting capabilities
